The purpose of this business partnership opportunity is to address the existing skilled labour shortage in the construction industry. As you may know, we are facing a housing crisis these days in Australia by the rising housing prices to a scale that has never been seen before. This is simply due to the shortage of housing supply, or in simple words, there are not enough houses for people to live in.

Here at the Institute, we have made a line of credit available to facilitate sponsoring overseas construction workers.

How does it work?

The process is very simple: There’s a portal (which you will be given access to) where potential candidates are listed after passing through a rigorous number of trainings and screening. You will be paid an upfront deposit of $100 as soon as you pick an applicant for nomination with a complementary payment starting at $400 after a successful nomination outcome. You are encouraged to contact the candidates directly and invoice them based on your service fees (Remember to note that you are contacting on behalf of the ICONSMAT in your first contact, or else they don’t recognize you).
