Bolt Plate Fastener

The bolt plate fastener is a classic and reliable system designed for quick and efficient conveyor belt repairs. Made in France by MLT, it provides a straightforward installation: simply drill the belt using the template provided and tighten the nuts with the supplied tool. This fastener is ideal for repairing tears on high-tension belts and can also serve as a temporary splice when needed.

• Material: Heat-treated carbon steel (other materials available on request)

• Available sizes, belt thickness compatibility, and operating limits:

  • 140: For 5–12 mm belts; minimum drum Ø 360 mm; suitable up to 400 N/mm; minimum pulley Ø 300 mm
  • 190: For 8–14 mm belts; minimum drum Ø 460 mm; suitable up to 630 N/mm; minimum pulley Ø 400 mm
  • 1 ½: For 11–17 mm belts; minimum drum Ø 460 mm; suitable up to 630 N/mm; minimum pulley Ø 450 mm
  • 2: For 16–21 mm belts; minimum drum Ø 760 mm; suitable up to 800 N/mm; minimum pulley Ø 700 mm
  • 2 ½: For 19–25 mm belts; minimum drum Ø 1060 mm; suitable up to 800 N/mm; minimum pulley Ø 1000 mm
