VR Studio had started operation in 2020 aiming to boost the performance of businesses active in the construction sector by creating immersive content. Our clients are education providers such as universities and schools, builders, contractors, and other types of entities who are somehow working within the construction industry.
As we are growing, we need you as a customer care assistant to drive sales and answer the customer’s enquiry. You will be working closely with the technical staff for shooting and editing the video content. This is an entry-level position which requires a minimum level of proficiency in the field.
How does it work?
We are creating 360 VR videos for businesses as part of their marketing plan. The goal is to increase customer engagement for the business who are working with us. We shoot and edit 360 videos.
You will be:
- Given the credentials to our Instagram account which will allow you to engage with our customers in a more meaningful manner.
- Setting up appointments to record 360 videos.
- working closely with the technical staff.
About the contract:
We start with a short term 3-month casual contract. You will need to spend 2 hours per week acting as the customer service. The hourly rate for this position is $22 and we are expecting to have an increase in the number of hours per week as we grow.
