Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor’s decision is final. The Journal of Construction Materials is currently not listed in the high impact scientific data bases but it is one of our strategic plans to have our dataset indexed in Web of Science and Scopus with your help. It does, however, receive citations and impact factors on google scholar which is one of the most reliable references in assessing the scholars.
