Estimator

This is an ongoing position for enthusiastic candidates who like to make a break through in the construction industry. If you have a passion for construction industry, this is a great opportunity to secure your place and build your relations in the industry specially with the suppliers and manufacturers. Your main duties will be searching relevant construction tenders from EstimateOne, undertaking quantity take-offs, contacting the main contractor for consultation, finding subcontractors and obtaining their unit prices, setting up instant quoting platform, preparing quotes, and invoicing after or during the project completion. In simple schematics your workflow is as followed:

The goal is to populate the Tradies Market by setting up instant quoting platform for small construction businesses.

To start:

1. Enroll and complete the estimation online course. After your course completion, please fill in the registration form and send it back to career@iconsmat.com.au via email;
2. Receive an email confirmation from our HR team including your official email account credentials;
3. Login to EstimateOne for live construction tenders;
4. Choose a specific trade and retrieve drawings and BOQs accordingly based on the available projects;
5. Contact tradies on HiPages, supply the drawings, receive a quote for your chosen project, and set up the instant quoting for each of the tradies found on HiPages;

This position has remote working from home arrangement. 

Earnings and rewards

You will receive $40 per each legitimate instant quote setup in addition to your unique membership ID later on as we identify your performance. Moreover, you can also include your own fees in your final quote to  be sent to the head contractor on EstimateOne.

Digital marketing executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate online leads and form submissions, ultimately contributing to the expansion and success of small construction businesses across Australia.

Duties:

Generating leads and form submissions through our website for two of our most popular products, loan offers and Tradies Market. Your performance is being assessed based on the number of legitimate form submissions.

To start:

1. Complete the registration form and send back the completed form along with a copy of your Australian drivers’ licence to career@iconsmat.com.au.
2. Refer clients by any of your own digital marketing techniques to submit either a loan application or book one of the tradies listed in the Tradies Market.

Earnings and rewards

You will receive $30 per each legitimate form submission either from borrowers who are seeking loan options or from builders who are looking for subcontractors in the Tradies Market. Additionally your will be granted a unique membership ID that can be produced on construction job sites as a form ID.
